ROCHÉ JEWELRY accepts Visa, MasterCard as well as business and cashiers checks.


Is there a minimum order of goods?


The minimum order of goods is $200 with no minimum quantities.


Are retail stores required to pay suggested retail prices for ROCHÉ JEWELRY?

Retail customers are offered wholesale pricing for all merchandise with a valid tax identification number.


Can I purchase Jewelry on-line?

ROCHÉ JEWELRY accepts orders through a nationwide network of sales representatives as well as by telephone and fax

ROCHÉ JEWELRY can be purchased in some of the most discriminating gift and women’s clothing boutiques as well as resorts from around the world. The current line is represented, and can be seen, at The Dallas World Trade Center by Donald McEvoy Ltd. Suite 201 and at the Atlanta Gift Mart by In Good Company, Suite 1105.


Do I have to pay sales tax on my order?

Roche is not required to collect sales tax from any wholesale customer purchase.

What is your return policy?


At ROCHÉ JEWELRY we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. We will replace any piece of defective jewelry when returned within 30 days.


Shipping


Can I send an order to a different address?


Easy! All ROCHÉ JEWELRY orders can be drop shipped to any location at the buyers’ request.


What is the standard shipping process?

All ROCHÉ JEWELRY is custom handmade to order. In most cases all merchandise will be sent within 30 days from receipt of order.


How do you ship merchandise?

ROCHÉ JEWELRY will ship all orders with UPS because of their outstanding reliability and quality service. Shortly after your parcel has been dispatched, ROCHÉ JEWELRY will send an email with a UPS issued tracking numbers for each order so you can follow the progress of the package as it travels to its destination.

ROCHÉ JEWELRY will not disseminate your personal information to any third parties. We do not sell or distribute any of our customer contact information under any circumstances.

Can you send me a print catalog?

We do not offer a printed catalog due to constant changes in fashion trends. You can see ROCHÉ JEWELRY’s entire updated collection online at rochejewelry.com.


Are all pieces identical to the catalog pictures?


Our collection is handmade wearable art. Nothing is mass produced and therefore all pieces will vary slightly from the original photograph.


Do you we set precious stones?

No. ROCHÉ JEWELRY does not set precious stones.


Can we speak with the designer?

Pam Smith is available during business hours to talk with you.


Do you customize jewelry?

No. All jewelry is produced as designed.


Where do you get the stones used in the production of your jewelry?

The ROCHÉ JEWELRY collection is constructed of the finest semi-precious stones from countless locations around the globe.
